Application Range
Typical wire and process applications
Shaped-wire quality depends on more than the final cross-section. Entry profile, reduction angles, bearing geometry, corner radii and back relief must work with the wire material and drawing sequence. Yongyi uses the dimensioned section and reduction plan to support dimensional control, straightness and surface finish from round-to-shape or pre-shaped-to-shape drawing.
