Application Range
Drawing applications for CVD diamond-coated dies
Yongyi CVD diamond-coated dies combine a tungsten carbide body, a 30 µm diamond coating and a mirror-polished working surface. In suitable high-wear processes, the coating is designed to reduce friction and wear compared with conventional carbide tooling, supporting more stable wire surfaces and fewer die changes. Actual performance depends on the wire material, lubrication, reduction schedule and line conditions.
